Process innovation:
(1) The material microwave irradiation mixing technology is used to replace the conventional high mixing and devolatilization heating method. Due to the shortening of the heating method and the reaction time, the sublimation and performance of the unit are reduced, and the reaction yield is effectively improved.
(2) Adopt continuous micronization processing technology to make starch particle size ≤8um.
(3) The use of mixing and extruding equipment with high length-to-diameter ratio, high shear, and special screw combination makes the starch content of CSPII series biological materials as high as 85%. And improve the compatibility and cross-fusion of biomaterials.
